ACrest Books is a book discovery platform. We publish information about books — covers, descriptions, genres, and author profiles — and link out to where those books can be purchased or experienced, including Amazon, ElevenReader, Google Play, Payhip, and YouTube. We do not sell books directly, process payments, or hold inventory on this Site.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site using automated means, other than standard search engine indexing.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or availability.
• Use the contact form or email sign-up to submit spam, malicious code, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with ACrest Books or impersonate any person or entity.

The Site's design, layout, original text, and branding are owned by ACrest Books. Book covers, titles, and descriptions belong to their respective authors and publishers and are used here to identify and promote those works. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, other than ordinary personal use (e.g., sharing a link to a book page).

The Site contains links to third-party sites — including Amazon, ElevenReader, Google Play, and YouTube — where you can purchase or access books and audiobooks. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Any purchase you make through one of these links is a transaction between you and that third party, governed by their own terms.

Payhip is different: books sold through Payhip links are sold directly by ACrest Books, with Payhip acting only as our payment processor and delivery platform — that purchase is a transaction with us, not a third party. See our Return Policy for how refunds work for each purchase method.

ACrest Books participates in the Amazon Associates programme and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through Amazon links on this Site, at no extra cost to you.

Free guides on the Free eBooks page and our email newsletter are provided for informational purposes. Signing up requires a valid email address and is subject to our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that book descriptions, availability, or pricing shown on third-party sites are accurate or current at the time you visit them — always confirm details on the retailer's own page before purchasing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACrest Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party site linked from it, including issues with purchases, downloads, or content accessed through those links.
