Return Policy

ACrest Books is a book discovery platform. Most books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon or Google Play, where returns and refunds are handled entirely by that retailer under their own policies. A small number of books are sold directly by ACrest Books through Payhip — see Section 2 below for how those work, since we're the seller for those purchases, not a retailer.
1. Books Purchased on Amazon or Google Play
If you purchased a book through an ACrest Books link to Amazon or Google Play, the transaction was completed on that platform, and returns or refunds follow their standard policy for the format you bought:
- Amazon's return policy — start a return from your Amazon account under Orders, or under Manage Your Content and Devices for digital purchases.
- Google Play Books' refund policy — request a refund from your Google Play order history.
2. Books Purchased Directly via Payhip
Books sold through a Payhip link are sold directly by ACrest Books — Payhip is only our payment processor and delivery platform, so we handle refunds ourselves rather than deferring to a third party.
Because these are instantly-delivered digital downloads, all Payhip sales are final, except where the file you received is defective — for example, it won't download or won't open. If that happens, contact us with your order details and we'll fix the download or issue a refund.
3. Free PDF Downloads
Free guides and eBooks available on the Free eBooks page are provided at no cost. No purchase is made, so no refund is applicable. If you have trouble accessing or downloading a free guide, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
4. Free Audiobooks on YouTube
Audiobook content on the ACrestAudiobooks YouTube channel is completely free. No purchase is required, so no return policy applies.
5. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure
ACrest Books participates in the Amazon Associates programme. When you purchase a book through a link on this site, ACrest Books may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This commission does not affect your eligibility for Amazon's standard return and refund policies.
